New York Airports
There are two major airports located in New York City, namely John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), located in the Jamaica, Queens section of the borough of Queens and LaGuardia Airport, located in Flushing, Queens. Newark Liberty International Airport in Newark, New Jersey serves the New York City metropolitan area. JFK is the primary hub for international flights to New York and the USA. JFK is connected to New York's subway and commuter rail systems by the newly built AirTrain. Central Park

Empire State Building

New York Public Library

Rockefeller Centre

Staten Island Ferry

Broadway

Brooklyn Bridge
The famous Brooklyn Brdige is a vehicular suspension bridge across the East River, between lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Built from 1869-83 it was the achievement of J. A. Roebling and his son W. A. Roebling, it has a span of 1,595.5 ft (487 m). It was the first steel-wire suspension bridge in the world and was the world's longest suspension bridge at the time of its completion. Beware of anyone tries to sell you the bridge - it is definitely not for sale!

Time Square
Known as the "crossroads of the world" Times Square is in the heart of New York City where commerce meets the performing arts. New Yorkers have celebrated many of the history's great events in Time Square.

United Nations Building
John D. Rockefeller Jr. bought the 18 acre plot and donated it to United Nations in the 1940s. Designed by architect Wallace K. Harrison, the United Nations Building was completed in 1953. It provides office accommodation for 3,400 employees of the UN and is officially international territory, not part of the U.S.

Woolworth Building
This famous skyscraper 792 feet tall was built by Frank W Woolworth, the owner of the famous five and dime chain, Built between 1911 and 1913 the building was nick named the "Cathedral of Commerce"
